Terms of use

Last updated 5 September 2026

These are the terms for using MeetingPractice. They're short because the product is simple. If something here isn't clear, write to hello@meetingpractice.com.

1. Who we are

MeetingPracticeis an independent product based in London, United Kingdom. “We” and “us” mean MeetingPractice. “You” means the person using the site.

2. What the service is

MeetingPracticegives you recorded business meetings with synced transcripts and study notes, and an Interview Mode that builds a mock interview from a job description and, if you choose, your CV. It's a practice tool. It doesn't guarantee you a job, a promotion or a particular result in any real meeting.

3. Your account

You sign in with an email link or code. There's no password. Keep access to your inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account per person. You must be 16 or older.

4. Free sessions and paid plans

Every account includes two Interview Mode sessions at no cost. Paid plans will come later. When they do, we'll publish prices and terms for them here before charging anyone. Nothing in the free plan requires a card.

5. What you can and can't do

You can listen, study, practise and use your reports for your own development.

You can't copy, record, redistribute or resell the meetings, transcripts, study notes or voices. You can't use automated tools to pull content from the site. You can't use Interview Mode to generate content for someone else's application, or upload documents you don't have the right to share.

6. Your documents and your voice

Your CV, the job description and your voice are used to run the session and are not stored. Your interview report is stored so you can read it later; it stays until you delete your account. Details are in the Privacy page.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or say. You give us permission to process it to run the session — nothing more.

7. Our content

The meetings, scripts, characters, voices, transcripts, study notes and the MeetingPractice name are ours. The characters are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidence.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but it's an early-stage product run by a small team. It may be unavailable, change or stop without notice. We're not liable for loss caused by downtime or changes.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss — lost opportunities, lost income, or decisions you make based on a report. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Everything goes, reports included. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders before it takes effect.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts there. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
