MeetingPractice is free during preview. The library needs no account; Interview Mode does. Here is everything we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Your email address, to sign you in and hold your Interview Mode sessions. The library, series and study layers need no account.

Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog, EU region): which pages are visited and which meetings are played, so we can see what helps. No session recordings.

Why

To sign you in, keep your interview reports, and improve the product based on how it is actually used.

We keep your interview reports until you delete your account.

We don't store your voice, your CV or the job description. They're used for the session and discarded.

Signing in uses an email link or code. We don't store a password because there isn't one.

Where it lives

Your account and reports live in our database (Supabase, EU region). Analytics data lives in PostHog, hosted in the EU.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and we don't spam.

Your rights

Want your email off the list, or your data deleted? Write to hello@meetingpractice.com and it's done.
